We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
3.3 One Account Per User
Each User may maintain only one active Account. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent restrictions, gain unauthorised access, or abuse promotional offers is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Use
You may access and use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes, unless a separate written agreement expressly permits commercial use.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Content without prior written authorisation;
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any part of the Platform;
- Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access, collect, or index Platform Content;
- Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the Platform;
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or connected systems;
- Harassing, threatening, or harming other Users or Platform personnel;
- Posting or sharing content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes the rights of third parties;
- Using the Platform to send unsolicited communications or engage in any form of spam;
- Circumventing or disabling any security, access control, or digital rights management features;
- Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any portion of the Platform or its Content without express written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All Content, design elements, trademarks, logos, software, and other materials available on the Platform are the exclusive property of Dealquestzone or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
5.2 Limited Licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes. This licence does not permit you to download, store, reproduce, or redistribute Content beyond what is expressly enabled by Platform features.
5.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, post, or share any content on the Platform (including comments, feedback, or responses), you grant Dealquestzone a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to grant this licence.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
6.1 Fees
Access to certain Content or features may require payment of fees as described on the Platform at the time of purchase. All fees are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
6.2 Billing
By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain valid and up to date.
6.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees paid are non-refundable once access to Content has been granted. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at contact@dealquestzone.com within 14 days of the transaction date.
6.4 Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to subscribed Content until that date.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, privacy practices, or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
8. Privacy

9. Disclaimers
The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dealquestzone disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dealquestzone and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Dealquestzone in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred Australian dollars (AU$100), whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dealquestzone and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms;
- Your submission of any content that infringes third-party rights;
- Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your Account or use of the Platform.
12. Modifications to the Platform
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, including features, Content availability, and access methods. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes where practicable. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered Users by email or through the Platform. 14. Termination

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with Dealquestzone, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dealquestzone with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, and agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
