Expert-Led Since 2016

Understanding people is a discipline

We built Dealquestzone around one idea: that human behaviour is learnable. Not through theory alone, but through structured practice with practitioners who study it every day.

Where the platform came from

In 2016, a small group of researchers and facilitators noticed that most online education treated human behaviour as a side topic — a soft skill tucked into leadership courses. They wanted something different.

The first masterclasses ran with 14 participants. The format was deliberately slow: long demonstrations, detailed breakdowns, time to ask questions. That format still shapes everything we produce.

Today the platform reaches students across Australia and beyond. Each programme is built around a specific behavioural domain — negotiation, decision-making, social cognition, emotional regulation — with practitioners who have worked in those fields for at least 8 years.

The people who teach here

Each instructor is selected for depth of practice, not just credentials. Most have worked in applied settings — clinics, organisations, negotiation rooms — before joining the platform.

What shapes every programme we build

There are 4 principles that run through every course on this platform. They are not values statements — they are design decisions that affect how content is structured, paced, and delivered.

Detailed view of a structured masterclass curriculum layout
  • Demonstration before explanation

Every technique is shown in context first. Participants watch a real example before receiving any theoretical framing — this is deliberate and consistent across all 38 programmes.

  • Specificity over breadth

Each programme covers one behavioural domain in depth. We do not bundle topics to fill a syllabus. A course on negotiation does not drift into leadership theory.

  • Honest about difficulty

Behavioural change takes time and repetition. Our instructors say this plainly. Programmes include realistic timelines — most skills take 6 to 12 weeks of practice to stabilise.

  • Practitioner-reviewed content

Before any programme launches, it is reviewed by at least 2 practitioners outside the authoring team. This catches gaps that subject-matter experts often overlook in their own material.
