People who study behaviour
shape how others learn
it
Since 2016, we have built a platform where specialists in human behaviour teach what they actually know — not what sounds good in a slide deck. The people who work here care about how knowledge transfers between one person and another. That specificity drives everything we do.

We are a small team, so each hire shifts things noticeably. These 6 roles are specific — read them carefully before applying.
Behavioural Content Designer
You will structure 8 to 12-week programmes with instructors who are experts but not educators. Translating specialist knowledge into learnable sequences is the core of this role.
ApplyVideo Producer — Education Format
Masterclass recordings are not webinars. You understand pacing, visual demonstration, and how attention shifts across a 40-minute session. Prior work in instructional video is expected.
ApplyLearning Support Coordinator
Participants across 9 time zones ask questions at odd hours. This role manages structured support queues, escalates to instructors when needed, and tracks patterns in where people get stuck.
ApplyFront-End Developer
Our platform serves learners on slow connections and older devices. Performance is not optional. You will work on the participant-facing interface — video delivery, progress tracking, and assessment flows.
ApplyBehavioural Research Analyst
We want someone who can read completion data and tell us what it means about how people learn — not just what the numbers are. Experience with qualitative analysis alongside quantitative is a real advantage here.
ApplyExpert Partnerships Manager
Finding practitioners who teach well is harder than finding practitioners who know a lot. This role identifies, vets, and onboards new instructors — currently about 3 to 4 per quarter.
